Work out your chest

Today I feel like sharing with you some easy exercises that you can do at home, which will actually help enhance your pectoral area and, therefore, improve the look of your chest after breast augmentation.
Why? Well I’m a believer that exercise should always be part of our lifestyles as it can not only tone up your muscles and give you a better look, but also gives you that boost of energy and positive mindset that we all need.
Now, exercising at home might be difficult without any video or pictures, so I preferred to make a selection of the top 5 best breast exercises videos.

1. Chest Butterflies:
This exercise is perfect for lifting up the chest as it works directly the Pectoralis Major muscle. Lay down on a mat and do 10-15 reps. Repeat 3-5 times depending on your fitness level.

2. Push-Ups:
Push-ups are not only perfect for our chest but it also works all the core muscles sections. It also works out your Pectoralis Major muscle. Try to accomplish up to 15 reps. Repeat 3 times.

3. Dumbbell Chest Press:
This exercise will require dumbells but if you don’t have it, it’s ok! You can still use two bottles filled with water or sand. I encourage you to make 10 reps with 3 rounds.

4. Plank:
With a mat on the floor you have to hold in a straight position your body with your arms. Try to stand in the position still for 30 seconds.

5. Lateral Dumbbell Raise:
I wanted to complement the 4 previous exercises with this last one, as it not only works your chest but also works your shoulders, so it will give you a better chest look. Try to do 10 reps, rest for 30 seconds and repeat up to 3-5 rounds.

I suggest you to perform the breast workout 1-2 times a week for you to start seeing results.
